Dekadente Kultur?

Lange hab ich mir überlegt, ob ich das darf - zwei Mal hintereinander ein youtube-Video posten. Aber da Leute wie ich prinzipiell keine Prinzipien haben, werde ich es tun, auf die Gefahr hin, dass es allgemein schon bekannt ist.

Es handelt sich um das philippinische CPDRC Gefängnis, in dem aus folgenden Gründen Choreografien zu Liedern einstudiert werden:

Inmates at the CPDRC are required to go through a workout regimen. While the goal is to keep the body fit in order to keep the mind fit, such may not actually happen if it is not done in a manner deemed pleasurable. Music, being the language of the soul, is added to that regimen.
Decadent cultures in jails are only spillovers of the culture outside. In approaching behavioral and cultural change, one has to look at the decadence of society to change the culture in the jail. http://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gif

Dass es sich hierbei um eine »manner deemed pleasurable« handelt und dass man mit solchen Methoden eine Befreiung der kulturellen Dekadenz erreichen könnte, sind wildeste Spekulationen. Unterhaltsam ist das Ganze allerdings trotzdem, wenn auch nicht unumstritten. Ich wähle nicht das populäre Thriller-Video, sondern Radio Gaga (finde, das nimmt die Gefängnisatmosphäre besser auf):
